Best for: Education, Attention & concentration, Early math
What it is: A simple math game with 'spies'/'secret agents' theme for addition/subtraction/multiplication/division practice with numbers from the 0-20 range.
What you do with it: select the range (e.g. 'addition and subtraction' for younger players) and difficulty level (easy/medium/difficult) then 'complete the mission' by correctly solving equations displayed on the screen in the shortest possible time.
What we liked: the concept, design allowing for up to 4 players to compete with each other simultaneously, the 'spy' theme with consistent elements and details (the interface, narration, soundtrack, sound effects).
What we didn't like: could have more educational value (
the app is designed only for repetition and simple practice). The interface with many details, dials and indicators may be overwhelming at first. For some kids (and parents...) the 60 time limit may be to constraining.
Bottom line: good for fun math practice, makes most sense when you have at least one 'real' opponent (parent, friend etc).
