Whack A Bone

What it is: an app helping to learn the human skeletal system. 4 parts: core (8 bones), arm (8 bones), leg (8 bones) and the full skeleton.

What you do with it: for each part: complete the puzzle by placing the bones in the correct places, then point to the specific bones as instructed (timed challenge).

What we liked: the concept (combining fun, learning and a game challenge), the illustrations, sounds and sound backgrounds, fun factor, ease of use, no distracting elements. Great for learning the names of the major bones in a fun way.

What we didn't like: we missed some sort of free play/review mode where you can just tap the bone and read the associated info.
