What it is and what you do with it: 3 interactive books based on the 'Sid the Science Kid' series: 'The Trouble with Germs', 'What's That Smell', 'Jokes'. 3 reading modes: read to me, read to myself, autoplay).
Extra activities include: 2 sing-along songs from the show ('Journey of a Germ' and 'Sid's Theme Song'), a set of 7 coloring pages, I Sense Game (identify traits of different objects based on how the feel, smell, sound and look), Spot The Difference mini-game (2 scenes, 5 differences each) and a sticker page.
What we liked: the stories. Original 3D illustrations. Professional narration (there is also option to record your own narration). Good reading options (including word highlighting). Spoken instructions. Ease of use. Overall quality of the app.
What we didn't like: the 'I Sense' and 'Spot the Difference' mini-games offer very little variety. No interactions in storybooks.
