What it is: a book (about 32 pages long) about a boy taking the trip to the North Pole and meeting an Inuit family.
Includes extra pages with facts about the Arctic Circle (e.g. the Inuit people ice floats, icebergs, whales) and 4 minigames complementing the story.
What we liked: nice story with extra scientific facts, wonderful 3D illustrations, 'real' sounds enhancing the reading experience, 2 versions of the text (simplified for 3-4 year olds and 'regular' for 5-7 year olds), 3 language versions.
What we didn't like: the pages are very static (no interactions, no animations). Limited reading options (words are not highlighted, there is no easy way to repeat a paragraph). The information pages are not too visually appealing, especially for younger kids (text layout and illustrations) and there is no option to review them separately, without browsing through the whole book.
