Piiig Labs: Science Experiments for Kids

What it is/what you do with it: a set of 8 educational puzzles: a light bulb circuit, 2 various models of a volcanoes, an animal sound board, a radio, whirlpool in a bottle, a walkie talkie, the theremin.

Slide the pieces in place to complete the puzzles. Play and experiment with the object, e.g. tune to different stations on the radio or play simple tunes on the theremin.

What we liked: the concept. Good variety of educational (experiments, exploration) puzzles with extra interactive features. Graphics and animations. Sounds and sound backgrounds. Fun factor. Ease of use (with some exceptions).

What we didn't like: the educational value could be even better (presented concepts are not explained - we recommend parental assistance). The Theremin may be too difficult to operate for kids. We would prefer an adult narrator.
