What it is: a book about a girl who doesn't want to brush her long hair (until it becomes a giant tangle). 20 interactive pages with animations + bonus picture puzzles.

What you do with it: listen to the narration or read the book yourself. Touch the objects for interaction (e.g. paint girl's toenails, squeeze the toothpaste out of the tube etc). Collect 20 hair brushes hidden on the pages to unlock the bonus puzzles.

What we liked: bright, funny story, wonderful illustrations, subtle animations and interactions enhancing the reading experience, ease of use, the 'find the brush' activity, music and sound backgrounds.

What we didn't like: the app could be more responsive. The bonus puzzles may be too challenging for some kids. Some parents may find the 'cutting the head of a jelly baby' scene objectionable.
