What it is: an interactive book about a boy and his monster pet.
What you do with it: listen to the narration or read the book yourself. Touch the characters and objects for interaction and play simple games along the way (guide the characters through a maze, feed the monster with soup cans etc).
What we liked: the story, humor, illustrations and animations, interactive elements and activities complementing the story, easy navigation (with easy access to every page), very good narration (child's voice), sound backgrounds and sound effects.
What we didn't like: some sort of visual clues would be good for younger kids (to avoid random tapping around the scenes to see what is 'interactive'). Text is not highlighted when it is read. We would like to have adult narrator as an option.
Bottom line: a very well put together interactive book with lots of interactive elements complementing the storyline.
