Dr. Seuss's The Cat in the Hat Color & Create!

What it is: 2 sets of coloring pages (8 pages in each set). 9 coloring tools, including: crayons, paintbrushes, paint buckets (filling areas with color), stickers, stamps, special effects.

What you do with it: color the pages using the tools provided, save them to the library on the device and (optionally) share.

What we liked: number and quality of coloring tools, funny special effects, good editing options, ease of use, spoken instructions, quality of coloring pages.

What we didn't like: just 16 pages to work with. No zoom function (it's difficult to fill out smaller areas).

Note about the in-app purchases: additional coloring packs (about 12 at the time of the review) can be purchased for $0.99-$2.99 each. Access to the 'Design Shop' can be disabled in the Settings menu.
