What it is/what you do with it: a set of 4 vehicle-themed Byron Barton books: Planes, Boats, Trains and Trucks.

What we liked: the stories (suitable even for very young kids). Simple illustrations and animations. Good reading options (including text highlighting,picture-word associations). Professional narration. Sounds and sound backgrounds.

What we didn't like: no option to turn off he 'picture-word' animations (can be distracting for younger kids).
