I Spy With Lola: A Fun Word Game for Kids!

What it is and what you do with it: a search and find game with travel/geography theme.

Visit places around the world and play the 'I spy' game - find hidden objects (e.g. explore pyramids in Egypt).

Collect coins for good answers to unlock new difficulty levels and destinations.

3 difficulty modes: find an object with a given name (e.g. 'find something called scissors'), find an object starting with a given letter (e.g. 'it begins with D') and find an object that answers a certain description (e.g. 'it looks like a tin man').

What we liked: the concept. Nice illustrations and animations. 3 difficulty levels. Spoken instructions. Multiple language versions.

What we didn't like: the 'destinations' must be unlocked one by one. No visual clues (sometimes the objects are really difficult to find). The app could have more educational value (e.g. facts about the places you visit). Choice of destinations is rather random.
